Hi, I'm Adam Newman,

I have been personal training for the last 19 years. I’ve worked with many different types of clients aiming for various different goals and although I am passionate about all aspects of health and fitness, I am always drawn towards wanting to help beginners and intermediates start their quest for a new, healthier, fitter, lighter body.

The beginning is the hardest part, it is where you are trying to get your body to do things it is not familiar or efficient with. Everything feels difficult, just turning up is hard. Because it isn't something you do - yet. 

I am on a mission to prove that if you do things the right way, it doesn't have to be a long, hard, uncomfortable slog.

Let me tell you a bit about who I am and how I get great results with my personal training programs.

What is Adam Newman Fitness ?

I have created a tailored and structured fitness and fat loss workout program that includes motivation, accountability and dynamic training; all designed to get you the body that you want in a safe, fun and non-intimidating atmosphere.

Every workout session has been created by myself - an experienced, qualified personal trainer and is designed to be fun, supportive and challenging, while burning maximum fat, in minimum time. Personalization is key to getting the best possible results, which is why my workout programs are modified to fit your goals and individual fitness level.

Whilst your workout program can be done in the privacy of your home, you will experience all the help and encouragement you need throughout the Facebook group and through contact with myself through the app and email.

This means you get a service and results familiar with having personal training sessions but at a fraction of the price. It is actually less than I would charge for a one hour session.

Do I need any equipment ?
No equipment is needed - All the workouts are designed to be completed at home and all you need is a stool or chair.
How long are the workouts ?
The workouts are very quick to complete and on average are around 18 minutes long.
When do I need to start ?
Once you have registered you will have access to everything you need to get started - You can then choose if you want to start straight away or wait until you are ready.  It doesn't matter if are not ready to get going for a few days or a week - just start when you are ready.
I haven't worked out for years - will I still be ok ?
Yes definitely - the programme is designed exactly for this fitness level and will work really well at getting you going, loosing weight, increasing muscle strength, feeling and looking better and changing your health for the better.
